Administering an IV

I hope you enjoyed my re-post last week. I was hoping to get a new blog entry done last weekend, but I could not get it completed. For the last few weeks, I have been struggling with writer’s block. I sit at my computer and wait patiently for the words to flow from my mind, down to my fingertips, and onto the keyboard, but the words are not coming out right. Even after writing several sentences and doing re-writes, the words just don’t seem to fit with one another. What does a writer do when they find themselves in such READ MORE

This week, I have decided to postpone my planned blog post until this weekend. I think the post needs a little more time to develop. I hope to get it to you by Sunday evening. We bought 3 more chickens the next day, which gave us a grand total of 9 adorable chicks. The first couple of READ MORE

No Need for Regrets

When he mentioned it originally, I made a deal with him; if you build a chicken coop out of free pallet wood, then we can get some chickens. He completed the coop a few weeks ago, so today my husband, children, and I purchased six baby chickens from our local Rural King. Check out our adorable, but loud, little chicks. Life is full of choices. In this case, I chose to make a deal with my husband, READ MORE
